Returns and investment approach
A return must come from project economics.
For equity investors, potential distributions depend on actual project cash generation, financing conditions, taxes, reserves, governance approvals and agreed investment terms. Development expenditure and invested capital can be lost.
Cash received→Operating costs & taxes→Debt service & reserves→Potential distributions
Targets are not guarantees
IRR is a modelled annualised return, not an annual cash coupon. It changes with the timing of investment, distributions and exit. AMNAYA does not promise an assured equity return or capital protection.
Ticket sizes are project-specific
No completed-investment dataset has been provided to establish an actual average ticket. Minimum participation, instruments, eligibility and allocation are considered privately under approved project documentation.
Model the downside
Generation, curtailment, payment delays, procurement, transmission charges, financing cost, tax and exit assumptions must be tested together. Revenue, profit and investor cash flow are different measures.
