Renewable integration
Assess storage alongside captive renewable plants above 25 MW and utility-scale development, using generation, consumption and grid-connection data.

Our planned trajectory: become a battery-storage developer, system integrator and long-term operator, beginning with one customer-led reference project.
GROWTH ROADMAP · CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT
START WITH THE CUSTOMER
Storage development should begin with a measurable electricity problem and an identifiable customer, before equipment is selected. We intend to evaluate solar-energy shifting, industrial peak management, constrained-grid applications and contracted peak-hour delivery.
Assess storage alongside captive renewable plants above 25 MW and utility-scale development, using generation, consumption and grid-connection data.
Specify MW and MWh separately. Battery power, usable energy, operating reserves and duration must match the service rather than a standard container size.
Identify who receives the benefit, who pays for it, and which contract supports the revenue before progressing an investment decision.
THE FIRST-PROJECT PROGRAMME
Five decision gates structure the proposed programme. Each requires evidence before the next commitment.
Appoint an experienced BESS technical lead and define responsibilities across power systems, controls, battery safety, commissioning and commercial development.
GATE OUTPUT / Accountable technical owner, capability plan and approved study scope.Review equipment evidence, operating references, controls interoperability, local service capability, warranty conditions and responsibilities across the full system.
GATE OUTPUT / Documented supplier shortlist and an interface-responsibility matrix.Work with a prospective customer to obtain authorised load, generation, tariff, outage and connection information. Define a baseline and the specific storage service to be tested.
GATE OUTPUT / Validated dataset, customer need and alternative-solution assessment.Prepare the power and energy specification, engineering concept, safety assessment, grid pathway and lifecycle economics. Include losses, cooling, degradation, maintenance and future augmentation.
GATE OUTPUT / A customer-backed commercial proposal, risk register and investment decision. After contracts, approvals and financing, execute a controlled commissioning plan. Measure the agreed service, establish operating procedures and build the evidence needed to repeat the model.
GATE OUTPUT / Acceptance results, trained operators and a funded long-term service plan.CAPABILITIES WE PLAN TO BUILD
System architecture, equipment qualification, design review and technical acceptance.
Connection studies, protection, transformers, power conversion and site integration.
Dispatch logic, metering, cybersecurity, interfaces and performance monitoring.
Hazard assessment, thermal-management review, emergency planning and quality evidence.
Acceptance testing, operating procedures, maintenance, spares and incident response.
Customer origination, lifecycle modelling, contract development and financing coordination.
These are planned capability areas. Appointments, procurement and project commitments will be announced when confirmed.
Explore our planned role profiles ↗OUR INTENDED BUSINESS MODEL
Customer needs, sizing, feasibility, site and grid assessment, and a bankable scope where the evidence supports it.
Bring qualified battery equipment, power conversion, controls and site infrastructure into a clearly specified system.
Develop service agreements with defined availability, capacity, response, maintenance and warranty responsibilities.
Our initial route centres on development, integration and service. Asset ownership or storage-as-a-service would be evaluated separately, against customer contracts, operating capability and financing.
EVIDENCE BEFORE SCALE
For Rajasthan, design evaluation must address local heat, dust, cooling demand, equipment derating, site access and service logistics. AI may support forecasting, diagnostics and dispatch within validated engineering limits; auditable data comes first, with blockchain evaluated only where there is a defined need.
The Rajasthan MoU’s 500 MW is committed renewable-development capacity. It does not establish a battery capacity, storage award or operating asset. This page describes a planned growth programme; no completed BESS project, secured customer, appointment or technology partnership is implied.
HELP SHAPE OUR FIRST STORAGE PROJECT
We welcome discussions with industrial power consumers, utilities, renewable developers, equipment suppliers, engineering specialists and experienced storage professionals.
Discuss the BESS programme ↗Start with a non-confidential outline of the site, electricity need and your role. Detailed load, commercial and engineering data should be shared through agreed secure arrangements.
